CD40014 IC is a direct replacement for the 74C14/54C14 IC. CD40014 is a general purpose Hex Schmitt Trigger Offering Positive and negative threshold voltages, Vt+ and Vt-, which shows very low variation with temperature (typically 0.0005V/Deg C at VDD = 10V) and guaranteed hysteresis, Vt+ to Vt- >= 0.2 VDD. Outputs are fully buffered for highest noise immunity.
